Return Policy

 
JEWELRY
 
You have 15 days from the postmarked delivery date to return or exchange a stock item.
 
Return shipments arriving postmarked after the 15 day return policy has expired will be marked as sold.
 
Once your returned item is received and accepted, your refund or new item will be processed within ten days. Any items that show signs of wear, damaged or have been altered, resized by a jeweler other than Ozuro cannot be accepted for return. Engraved items may not be returned.
 
All packages must be insured for the purchase amount:
 
Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
 
More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Ozuro. (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
 
More than $25,000: High value returns often require special arrangements. We recommend contacting Ozuro to receive assistance and suggested methods to return your purchase.
 
Items not properly insured or uninsured will be refused upon receipt.
  
 
DIAMONDS
 
You have 5 days form the postmarked delivery date to inspect your diamond. Diamonds must be paid in full before shipping. You will be responsible for round trip shipping cost.
 
All original lab reports and appraisals must be included with shipment. If the original grading certificate is not returned along with the stone, a $200 service charge will be applied.
 
We reserve the right to inspect and evaluate the diamond for any damages or fraudulent activity. If damages are found, the customer will be notified immediately and the item will be submitted to a reputable 3rd party for further evaluation and verification of damage extent.
 
All return shipments arriving postmarked after the 5th day will be considered sold.
 
All diamonds purchased with a credit card, paypal are final.
 
Items not properly insured or uninsured will be refused upon receipt.
 
CUSTOM WORK
 
Custom made jewelry cannot be returned for credit or exchange. Special orders, personalized or engraved items cannot be returned or refunded. All gemstones or specially sourced stones for a custom piece cannot be returned.
